From the West (Via Mass Turnpike): Heading east on the Massachusetts Turnpike take exit 22, “Prudential, Copley Square.” Stay to the right on the exit ramp toward Copley Square. You are on Stuart Street. Go straight, through two sets of lights. At third light, turn left onto Berkeley Street.** At second set of lights turn right onto Boylston Street. 420 Boylston is immediately on the right hand side.

From the South (Via Southeast Expressway): Take exit 18 off Route 93 North, “Mass. Ave., Roxbury/Frontage Road.” Proceed to the middle lane and go straight, through four sets of lights. At the fifth light, take the South End – Back Bay exit on the left. You are on East Berkeley Street. Follow this street (which becomes Berkeley Street) for 0.8 miles, crossing several intersections, the last of which is St. James Ave.** Turn right onto Boylston Street. 420 Boylston is immediately on the right hand side.

From the North (Via Route 93): Take the Leverett Connector to Storrow Drive. Stay to the left to remain on Storrow Drive Westbound. Take the Back Bay/Copley Square exit (on left). At the light turn left then a quick right onto Arlington Street. Continue straight, through four sets of lights.* Immediately after the Arlington Street Green Line T Station turn right onto Providence Street (meter parking available). At end of street, turn right onto Berkeley Street. Take first right onto Boylston Street. 420 Boylston is immediately on the right hand side.

From the North (Via Route 1): After the Tobin Bridge and the short tunnel, stay right and take the exit for Storrow Drive. Stay to the left to remain on Storrow Drive Westbound. Take the Back Bay/Copley Square exit (on left). At the light turn left then a quick right onto Arlington Street. Continue straight, through four sets of lights.* Immediately after the Arlington Street Green Line T Station turn right onto Providence Street (meter parking available). At end of street, turn right onto Berkeley Street. Take first right onto Boylston Street. 420 Boylston is immediately on the right hand side.

TO PARKING GARAGES

* From Arlington Street: At the fifth set of lights (from Storrow Drive) turn right onto St. James Ave. There is a public parking garage almost immediately on the left hand side. Or, continue straight through the intersection of Berkeley Street to the Back Bay Garage, which is on the right hand side (under 500 Boylston Street).
** From Berkeley Street: Turn left onto St. James Ave. for the Back Bay Garage, which will be on the right hand side (under 500 Boylston Street), or turn right onto St. James Ave. for a public parking garage on the right hand side.

Meter Parking is available on Berkeley, Boylston, and all surrounding streets for $0.25 per quarter hour. There is a two hour limit.

Via the MBTA

Green Line: Take the Green Line to Arlington Street station. Exit the T onto Boylston Street.

Orange Line: Take the Orange Line to Back Bay Station. Exit the T on the Clarendon Street side. Turn left and follow Clarendon Street to Boylston Street. Turn right onto Boylston Street. 420 Boylston is immediately on the right hand side.

Commuter Rail/AMTRAK: Take the Commuter Rail or Amtrak to Back Bay Station. Exit the T on the Clarendon Street side. Turn left and follow Clarendon Street to Boylston Street. Turn right onto Boylston Street. 420 Boylston is immediately on the right hand side.
